Foto sup 679, verso del supporto secondario: nota anonima manoscritta: "Orvieto. Silver tabernacle containing the Santo Corporale. It is partly cast and partly incised. The 12 enamelled pictures represent 8 scenes referring to the miracle of Bolsena and 4 out of the life of Christ. On the base the inscription says: per magistrum Ugolinum et socios aurifices de senis, 1338. It is perhaps the most beautiful piece og Gothic goldsmith's work in existence".
