Sold / by conte Giovanni Placidi, the / principal panels of the altarpiece / were purchased by Mr. D.F. Platt / of Englewood, U.S.A. The main / panel of the Virgin and Child was later owned by Mr. Platt and Sig. / Corsi of Florence.
